We use the information above to:

• Respond to your quote request and answer your questions.
• Schedule, perform and follow up on work you book with us.
• Keep business records such as estimates, invoices and warranty history.
• Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• Meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as required for tax, insurance and warranty purposes, typically up to seven years, then deleted.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 45 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site and restricted access to our records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
